Eran brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the tourism and MICE industry, starting with his years at Hyatt Hotels, where he managed complex projects and gained strong expertise in international hospitality standards. He later held senior leadership roles including VP of Marketing of the 5-star Inbal Hotel in Jerusalem, and Commercial VP for a leading incoming tour operator, further deepening his knowledge in high-level group operations, conferences, incentives, and VIP delegations. For the past decade, Eran has been leading G2 Travel Israel, guiding the office with a clear vision and a strong commercial mindset. A well-known figure in Israel’s tourism sector, he is recognized for his innovative thinking, strategic approach, and ability to create tailor-made MICE solutions—designed with precision, creativity, and flawless execution—consistently exceeding client expectations.

Amit is the CEO and owner of INK & CO. Production Company, with over twenty years of experience in the events, tourism, and MICE sectors. Throughout his career, he has led the planning and execution of high-profile corporate events, international conferences, incentive programs, product launches, and large-scale productions, both in Israel and abroad. With a deep understanding of the MICE industry, Amit specializes in transforming business objectives into impactful experiences. From concept development and creative storytelling to logistics, budgeting, supplier negotiations, and on-site operations, he oversees every stage with precision and strategic insight. He brings extensive knowledge, a wide network of connections, vision and creativity, combined with strong managerial skills and high-standard event production capabilities.

Originally from Argentina, Rosita was actively involved in the Jewish community before moving to Israel over twenty-five years ago. With a background in Tourism and Hotel Business Administration, she has built extensive expertise in Israel’s travel industry, with a strong focus on events and MICE operations. Rosita specializes in coordinating complex programs, incentives and special events, ensuring seamless logistics and precise execution. Her excellent communication skills, high-level organizational abilities, and capacity to perform under pressure guarantee smooth, efficient, and professional operations at every stage.

Ariella is a highly experienced Project Manager and Event Producer, with extensive knowledge in all aspects of event planning. She is up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry. She will accompany you dedicatedly through every stage of the planning and preparation process, from the initial inquiry to the big moment itself. Her responsibilities include creating detailed plans and presentations, developing the graphic branding package, comparing and coordinating suppliers, securing hotel arrangements, and building the event budget.

Joyce serves as Market Manager USA for G2 Travel, leading the company’s business development and client relations across the American market. With extensive experience in international tourism and in-depth knowledge of Jewish organizations and communities throughout the United States, Joyce has built strong, long-term partnerships with federations, foundations, synagogues, schools, and mission-based groups. Fluent in multiple languages, Joyce communicates seamlessly with diverse clients and partners, strengthening cross-cultural connections and expanding market reach. She specializes in developing customized programs to Israel for leisure groups, educational missions, and Jewish Heritage delegations, ensuring each itinerary reflects the group’s objectives, values, and budget. Known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and strategic insight, Joyce plays a key role in reinforcing G2 Travel’s presence in the U.S. while delivering meaningful, high-quality, tailor-made travel experiences.

Yafit is an experienced Events Producer with many years in the field. She is the one who will lead you during the “real-time” execution of the event, trip, or retreat — from the very beginning until the end. She manages all on-site operations, ensuring that everything happens on schedule and exactly as planned.

Lital has extensive experience in the incoming tourism industry, where she has built strong relationships with suppliers and developed advanced negotiation skills, particularly within the MICE sector. She is highly experienced in negotiating contracts for venues, transportation, production services, and event suppliers, ensuring competitive rates while maintaining high standards and operational efficiency. Highly dedicated and motivated, Lital is also a licensed tour guide specializing in designing customized itineraries and detailed quotations for both leisure groups and MICE programs. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional travel and event experiences, she combines her love for Israel, deep industry knowledge, and trusted supplier network to guarantee seamless operations and consistently satisfied clients.

Yoav has broad experience in incoming tourism, with a strong specialization in negotiating hotel agreements for MICE programs. He is highly skilled in securing competitive group rates, favourable contract terms, meeting space allocations, attrition clauses, upgrades, and value-added benefits for conferences and incentive groups. His deep understanding of hotel operations and long-standing relationships with key properties enable him to create win-win agreements that protect client budgets while maintaining high standards. Strategic, detail-oriented, and results-driven, Yoav ensures optimal hotel solutions that align with each MICE program’s objectives and logistical requirements.

Ravit brings over 20 years of experience in inbound  tourism, specializing in the management and delivery of complex, high-level projects worldwide. She has extensive expertise in the MICE sector, overseeing end-to-end operations for international organizations, Jewish delegations, incentive travel programs, boutique events for private clients, and complex sports delegations. Revit is highly skilled in managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring operational excellence, attention to detail, and strict adherence to timelines. Her strong organizational capabilities, strategic mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills make her a trusted partner for clients and suppliers alike, and a project leader chosen repeatedly for long-term collaboration.
